Make a World of Difference at Silver Oak

Become a Part of School Site Council

Silver Oak’s School Site Council (SSC) plays an important role in the decision making in academics, financials and governance of Silver Oak. make a world of difference.jpg

If you view yourself as being an individual contributor who would enjoy the collaborative efforts of our group of Silver Oak teachers, parents and classified employees that work with Principal Howard Greenfield then School Site Council would welcome your place on our team. The School Site Council combines their professional experience and intellectual assets to develop, review and evaluate Silver Oak's improvement programs and school budgets.

Our SCC meets monthly and is made up of a group of teachers, parents and staff that works with the principal to develop, review and evaluate school improvement programs and school budgets. The terms for parents currently holding our president, vice-chair, DAC and PAC representative positions are ending and we are looking for Silver Oak parents to join the SCC.

If you are interested in school policy or budgets and think you might enjoy serving on our school's site council, please contact Silver Oak Principal Howard Greenfield.
